Welcome to the page about my limited editions. Here you will find unique wall art pieces created by me that are now available as limited editions. I am thrilled to be able to share these special works with you.
My art style can be best described as modern expressionism and Pop Art with a touch of modernism. Besides giving the color red a role in my works, I love to use contrasts in my work. Regarding light and dark, but also contrast in color, and especially fun is when I can use contrasts in subjects in my work.
Most of my works are available through my Werk aan de Muur shop, but now there is also the option of a limited edition as an exclusive way to offer my artworks. For a small number of works, I offer only five editions. Each edition comes with a certificate of authenticity, which specifies the edition number. The buyer can choose to have the work signed by me as an artist, for an extra personal touch.
I sell only limited editions of some works. These are works that are not available as prints and therefore are even more exclusive. These are my most special works, and I am delighted to share them with a select group of art lovers. As an artist, in addition to the 5 editions, I keep two so-called Artists Editions (AEs) for my personal collection and exhibitions.
How does the purchase work?
The offered works are for sale for the mentioned amount, material, and size. Because I believe that tastes differ and interiors can vary, I also offer my limited editions in other sizes and materials. I call this system ‘Custom Limited Editions’. Let me know what size and material you are looking for, and you will receive a quote from me as soon as possible.
Once you have made your choice, you transfer the money to me and send me the address where the work should be shipped. The entire ordering process is manual and may take some time. This ensures that the quality of the work you receive has been personally approved by me for printing and material before I sign (if desired) and number the work.
I believe that art is personal, and buying a piece of artwork should be a special experience. Therefore, I make sure that every edition of my limited editions is of the highest quality. As a buyer, you are assured of a unique and special work, made with love and attention, and sent to your address with personal care.
Custom Limited Editions including NFT
Of course, a paper certificate of authenticity is included, but I believe in the possibilities that NFTs offer. If you are not very familiar with what NFTs are, I have written an article to explain it more thoroughly, but in short, an NFT is a digital proof of ownership. When purchasing a custom limited edition from me, you will also receive an NFT, and thus a digital proof of ownership. Since there is a lively trade in NFTs, you also have the option of reselling your NFT while still having the physical work hanging on your wall. Of course, you can also keep the NFT to exhibit digitally in future exhibitions, metaverse or simply in your crypto wallet as an investment that will hopefully increase in value.
